Jerrod Cate is an actor, singer, and mover whose work blends contemporary musical-theatre energy with classic leading-man storytelling.

A tenor with a strong mix and a grounded, character-driven approach, he has performed professionally across the U.S. and internationally.

Recent credits include Sam Carmichael in Mamma Mia! with Royal Caribbean, as well as Corny Collins/Seymour in Stage to Screen, Four Seasons Cover in New Jersey Nights, and work with Princess Cruises, Springfield Little Theatre, and Branson Regional Arts.

Jerrod holds a B.M. in Vocal Performance and brings extensive training in acting, dance, music, and physical performance to his work. He is especially drawn to roles that balance warmth, humor, authority, and vulnerability. The kind of characters who can command a room while still feeling deeply human.

He is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and works in New York and internationally.
